Yesterday, two more Southern Giraffes have been successfully relocated to Mountainlands. The cows made the short trip from close to Mbombela (Nelspruit) to join the six that were successfully relocated in July. The reintroduction was made possible by Save Giraffes Now (https://savegiraffesnow.org) and is another step in the ongoing restoration of the nature reserve’s biodiversity.
